About our Trailers

 

Our mobile trailers are inspected for cleanliness and public health code compliance by the Maricopa County Environmental Health Department and have zero violations. The trailers are available to serve guests at your special event - Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, Weddings, Grand Openings, Appreciations, etc.

About our Staff & Volunteers

​

Our friendly and professional staff & volunteers have current Arizona DPS level-1 background clearances and have received food handler training. In addition, the staff is supervised by a Certified Food Manager. The entire staff is required to update the food handler safety training every 3 years.

About our Shaved Ice

 

We only use real sugar along with gluten-free bold flavorings from Louisiana that are specially formulated to stand make a real fine and fluffy SnoBall. The flavor stays strong until the last spoonful.
